They will manage all the details giving you, our guests, the freedom to do what you want to do without worrying about the logistics of the trip. They are often working behind the scenes making sure reservations are made, boats are on time, the best divemasters are chosen, reconfirming flights, arranging transportation, acknowledging special events, helping with dive gear, identifying marine life and most importantly making sure everyone is included and having a good time. Land Cost: Dream Weaver Travel and its cooperative destinations incur unrecoverable charges preparing for your trip, Therefore monies cannot be refunded if cancellations occur less than 60 days before departure. Cancellations more than 60 days prior to departure are based on individual bookings per the outlined confirmation document you will receive upon depositing on the trip.
Airfare Cost: Airline tickets are generally non-refundable. Refunds for unused plane tickets are in accordance with the terms of the respective carriers and will be subject to a $50 handling fee. Changes to airline schedules and routing are at the sole discretion Of the airline; Dream Weaver Travel cannot be held accountable for these changes. We will do our very best to work with the respective airlines to re-secure air and offer the best possible protection available, any cost incurred that are not covered by the airlines would be the responsibility of the traveler. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
Risk Free Group Travel Program: Dream Weaver Travel retains the right to cancel any tour prior to departure. In such case, full refund Of land cost constitutes full settlement. We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by trip members in preparation for the trip if their trip is canceled or rescheduled for any reason.
